These terms govern your use of controlHub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using controlHub on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
controlHub is in early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We'll do our best to give notice of significant changes, but the product is evolving quickly.
Keep your credentials secure and don't share your login. You're responsible for activity in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain all rights to the programs, drawings, notes, and other content you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service to you. We claim no ownership of your content, and we don't use it to train models except under a separate arrangement you explicitly opt into.
The controlHub platform — the software, interfaces, and the prompts and systems that power it — belongs to us. These terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using the service.
controlHub's overviews and answers are generated to help you, and they can be wrong or incomplete. They are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified controls professional. Always verify before acting on live equipment. You are responsible for any change made to a machine, and for confirming it is safe. controlHub is read-only by default and never writes to a PLC unless you explicitly enable it and a person approves each write.
During early access, pilot accounts are free and include capped AI usage. Paid plans and pricing will be introduced later; we'll give notice before any charges apply.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, controlHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from reliance on AI output or from changes you make to equipment. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using controlHub at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. On closure, we'll handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
